Information you provide
The availability form may collect a parent or guardian name, phone, email, number of children, child age, program interest, desired start date, schedule preference, contact preference, and optional notes.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss childcare availability, arrange next steps, and send an internal notice to Little Land staff. An inquiry is not an enrollment application and does not guarantee placement.
Service providers and storage
We use service providers such as Cloudflare to host this website and privately retain inquiry information, and Twilio to deliver short internal inquiry alerts to a business-owned phone. These providers process information only to support the website and its communications. Inquiry information may be retained for up to 365 days unless it is needed longer for an ongoing conversation or legal obligation.
Do not submit sensitive records
Do not send medical records, immunization files, custody documents, Social Security numbers, payment details, or other sensitive child or family records through the public form. Full enrollment records should be exchanged through a separate secure process.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete an inquiry by contacting us. You may also ask us to stop contacting you by a particular method.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect inquiry information, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
